Welcome to Diverse Healing Paths™. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Diverse Healing Paths™ offers holistic health education, wellness consulting, and coaching. Our services are designed to support lifestyle, nutritional, emotional, and energetic well-being.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Our services are educational and supportive only and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

  • Services are available to individuals age 18 or older.

  • Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

  • By engaging in our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Services will not be provided until payment is received.

  • Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or result in forfeited sessions.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much advance notice as possible.

5. Refund Policy

  • All digital products, reports, or downloads are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid sessions or packages may be refundable at our discretion, minus any sessions already completed.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as imminent harm or legal obligations).

7. Communication

  • Sessions and follow-ups are conducted through agreed platforms (e.g., video, phone, or secure apps such as Practice Better).

  • Email or messaging support is available within the boundaries of your service package.

  • We do not provide emergency services. If you experience a health crisis, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

  • You acknowledge that outcomes may vary and depend on your individual participation and choices.

  • You agree not to share, copy, or distribute proprietary materials provided during sessions.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if:

  • A client is disrespectful, disruptive, or misaligned with the practice.

  • Payments are not made.

  • Services are being used in ways not intended or agreed upon.

10. Limitation of Liability

Diverse Healing Paths™ is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use of our services or reliance on provided information. You agree to use the services at your own discretion and risk.

11. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Florida, United States govern these Terms of Service. Any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Tampa, FL.
