These Terms of Service govern the wellness services provided by Diverse Healing Paths™ and Heidi Licata ("we," "us," or "our").

Nature of Services

Our services are holistic, educational, and complementary in nature. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Heidi Licata is a Holistic Health Practitioner and is not a licensed physician or mental health professional. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, care from your licensed healthcare providers.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health.
  • You agree to maintain a relationship with your licensed healthcare provider.
  • You understand that you are responsible for your own health decisions.
  • You agree to consult your physician before making changes to medications, supplements, or health regimens.

Payment & Fees

Fees for services are due as outlined at the time of booking. Payment is processed through secure third-party processors. We do not accept insurance; services are private-pay. HSA/FSA funds may be accepted where applicable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Program commitments (such as the Integrative Care 3-month minimum) are outlined at the time of enrollment.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Specific refund terms for programs will be outlined in your service agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with confidentiality and discretion, used solely to support your wellness goals.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a client relationship is no longer a good fit, or if services are being used inappropriately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for outcomes, as wellness results are individual and not guaranteed.
